Testimonial promotion — 3 people total, ever (dismissal or reduction + testimonial)
Limited offer: Only the first three (3) eligible customers in total, across every city we serve, who meet all of the following will receive (i) a full refund of their $29 appeal service fee to the original payment method and (ii) an additional $29 (for a total of $58 back for those three winners): (a) they complete their appeal through ParkingBreaker; (b) the municipal authority verifies that their ticket was dismissed or that their fine or violation was lowered(reduction); and (c) they submit an eligible testimonial as described in these rules. There are no more than three awards for this entire promotion— in the order outcomes are verified, after the third verified winner worldwide, no further awards under this promotion. The fee refund is issued within 5–7 business days of verification; timing of the additional $29 may follow the same window unless we notify you otherwise.
Open to residents of any city we serve (Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, Sacramento, Long Beach, Berkeley, Fresno) whose parking ticket appeal is submitted through ParkingBreaker during the campaign period. Only customers who submit an eligible testimonial can receive this promotional refund and bonus. One promotional award per customer. Employees of NeuralDraft LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible.
A testimonial is sharing your experience in your own words — for example a text description, photo, or short video. It doesn't need to be perfect or polished. Submitting a testimonial is required to be considered for this promotion. If you choose not to share a testimonial, you are not eligible for this three-person-only refund and bonus; our standard refund policy still applies where it applies (for example cancellation before mailing).
By sharing a testimonial, you grant NeuralDraft LLC (ParkingBreaker) permission to use it on our website, social media, and marketing materials. We'll always credit you by first name and city unless you ask us not to.
Any dismissal or reduction must be verifiable with the municipal authority. ParkingBreaker reserves the right to confirm your appeal outcome with city records before issuing the promotional refund and bonus.
This offer is void where prohibited by law. Refund is not available in jurisdictions that require a separate permit or registration for promotions of this type.
